How Milestone Systems expanded
their employee health program
to ensure everyone stayed well during the pandemic.
Milestone is one of the global leaders within open platform video management software.
Milestone made an incredible effort to promote well-being in the workplace when the physical and mental well-being of their 1000 employees was challenged the most during the lockdown.
By adding Pleaz to their health program “Grow together” in September, Milestone achieved 2933 activations, reducing sedentary behavior by 244 hours within the first three months of using Pleaz.
At Milestone, employee health is a top priority and their health program “Grow together” includes initiatives focusing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
However, as most countries experienced a second lockdown during the fall and winter due to the Corona pandemic Milestone wanted to expand their health program to ensure the well-being of their employees. To do so, Milestone added Pleaz to their toolbox of health initiatives.
When Pleaz was implemented in September 2020, 150 Milestone employees from all over the world joined virtually for one of our favorite Pleazers “Musical Chairs”. Check out the dance moves in the video on your right!
Along with adding Pleaz to the health program, changes were made to Milestone’s general meeting guidelines to ensure employees get breaks between meetings and to focus on improving quality of work over quantity.
Since then, Milestone has been unstoppable. In the January 2021 competition they won for most activations on Pleaz and increased their weekly activation average by 53% compared to 2020.
